Sculpting with Wire

Although I have been sculpting with stone for many years I didn't begin working with wire until the spring of 2006.

I began using copper wire and quickly branched out into steel, aluminum, floral and even pliable communications wire.

The pieces that I design are unique, beautiful and affordable and can be displayed either indoors or outdoors.

I have several small, medium and large pieces available for purchase and I am also available to create larger, custom sculptures.

Vistors to the Stone Pony Studios site can quickly determine that my most popular sculptures are of horses.  It's fluid lines and intrinsic beauty make the horse an ideal subject for sculptors, painters and photographers.  It also helps that I have three living models at home who are more than willing to work for food!

I am always interested in equine commissions.  Possible discounts or donations may be made available to charities, therapeutic riding centers or to those involved with making the world a happier place for horses. Please enquire!
